Precision polishing, on the other hand, uses a high-speed rotating brush to continuously polish the wheel hub surface, creating a mirror-like glossy finish, while also achieving the same benefits as brushing.

II. The Differences Between Wheel Hub Brushing and Precision Polishing

Although both wheel hub brushing and precision polishing can make the wheel surface more aesthetic and textured, there are still some differences between the two.

1. Different Appearance Effects
   After wheel hub brushing, the surface presents a saw-tooth-like pattern, while precision polishing results in a high-gloss, smooth surface. Therefore, if you prefer a textured and marked look, you can choose brushing, and if you like a more premium glossy finish, you can opt for precision polishing.
2. Different Precision of Craftsmanship
   Wheel hub brushing has a relatively lower precision compared to precision polishing. This is because in the brushing process, the contact area between the brush head and the wheel hub is limited, and the brushing pattern may also be irregular. Precision polishing, on the other hand, can achieve higher precision and a more even surface thanks to the high-speed rotating brush.
3. Different Prices
   Wheel hub brushing is relatively lower in cost, which is also one of the reasons for its popularity. In contrast, precision polishing is more refined and complex, and therefore more expensive. Overall, the choice between the two processing methods largely depends on individual needs and budgets.
