Monoblock Forged Wheels
One-piece forged wheels: As the name suggests, the wheel is a single unit.
Currently, there are two main processes for one-piece forged wheels:
Forming forging (also known as die forging): After forging and pressing, the wheel shape is mostly formed. This can greatly save product processing time, but the initial investment in molds is high.
Milling forging: This involves purchasing ready-made forged wheel blanks and then using CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining centers to mill the wheel shape.
