One-Piece Style: Personalized Custom Forged Rims Wheels

We have always recognized the lightweight nature of one-piece forged wheels. However, the weight of a wheel is influenced by several factors.

Firstly, the design plays a role. For example, the solid disc wheels on the Mercedes-Maybach S are not lightweight due to their dense structure. Secondly, the load capacity also matters.

The same style of wheel can be designed for a load capacity of 600 kg or 700 kg, with the latter requiring thicker spokes and consequently being heavier. Of course, durability is improved as well. Therefore, for the existing domestically produced forged wheels, weight should never be the main highlight, as sacrificing safety often accompanies it.

The showcased wheel is a one-piece forged wheel that appears to have a two-piece design at first glance. This is because the red and black colors are distinct, and a deliberate groove is added between the face and the rim, creating the illusion of two separate pieces.

The vibrant red color is actually a layer of colored transparent paint, which, thanks to its adhesive properties on aluminum surfaces, allows for the creation of two-tone wheels with ease.

Since it is transparent paint, you can see the surface texture after careful inspection.

The weights mentioned above are for the 19-inch wheels, both front and rear, and they reach approximately 12 kg. Most of our manufactured 19-inch one-piece forged wheels weigh less than 10 kg.

The reason for the higher weight lies in the design of the face of the wheel, which introduces excessive non-load-bearing surface area in order to achieve a specific design. For car enthusiasts pursuing lightweight options, a simple straight-line design is the way to go.
